About the author
Tim Bryan is Beverage Manager of the ITC Maurya Sheraton Hotel and Towers, New Delhi, India. Born in London in 1951, he began working in the hospitality industry at the age of 13. Five years later he became a bartender. He strayed from the industry to become, briefly, a Cobol programmer and an articled clerk, but soon returned to pursue his earlier vocation with excellence.
Over the last 30 years and more, he has tended and managed bars in exclusive clubs and hotels in London, New York, Miami, Switzerland, and Tel Aviv.
